WHITE 2021

Our 2021 White

A varietal wine made from Rolle, Clairette and Ugni Blanc.
A pale straw colour, the nose is floral and citrussy, in the mouth a lively acidity that gives a fresh and crisp taste with hints nectarine peach.
It goes well with tuna ceviche, shellfish, grilled fish, white meats with sauce and soft cheeses, as well as coffee tiramisu.

ROSE 2021

The rosé 2021 is dressed in an elegant, shiny, salmon colour. A fresh, luminous wine, with fruity notes that mingle with white flowers reflecting its terroir. The nose is delicate and floral, the mouth is balanced between the roundness and the acidity of the aromas. A perfect harmony. A great sweetness revealed by its blend of red fruits supported by a beautiful minerality and punctuated by a end of generous spices.

The tasting promises a gourmet and subtle journey from aperitif to dessert, to be paired with ceviche, carpaccio, courgette and feta tart, grilled and spicy fish, Basque chicken, Brie and Camembert.

Available in 75 cl and 150 cl.

ROSÉ 2020

Winner of the Bronze Medal at the Vinalies Nationales 2021,this rosé with aromas of grapefruit and exotic fruits will delight every day of the year!

Goes well as an aperitif, with tapenades, shrimps, fresh goat or sheep cheese toast, entrées and salads, grilled fish and white meat ...


Brise & Mer is a rosé wine from the Region of Maures, a "Vin de France". This wine is a blend of two varieties: Cinsault and Merlot.

It generally goes well with beef and game . . 

ROUGE 2018

Our Rouge 2018 has a  lovely carmine colour, a fairly sustained oaky nose with aromatic notes. On the palate it reveals hints of light spices and is dominated by forest red fruits. The tannins are well rounded and silky.

An emblematic red of the Provence terroir, it can be enjoyed young or left to age for further 6 or 7 years.

It can accompany stews, Provencal cuisine, baked cheeses, roast meats such as veal with pan sautéed mushrooms.

ROUGE 2016

A lovely ruby colour; fruity with subtle tannins; Its morello cherry aroma is perfect for the hot season and goes wonderfully with summer dishes !

Mauv’art 2018

A delicate blend of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Mourvedre, and Grenache, aged in french oak for six months.
A lovely burgundy coulour, the nose is smokey with hints of black cherries and tobacco. The mouth is spicy, with red fruits and liquorice. A well rounded long finish.
