Facing the isles of Hyères and the salt marshes, the vineyards of Château de Mauvanne, certified Cru Classé since 1955, represent an immense theatre onto the sea. The terraces represent the rows of seats and the vines are the attentive audience from sunrise to sunset of the continuous show unfolding from spring to the spectacularly end: the harvest.
