WHITE 2022

Our 2022 White

Winner of the Silver Medal in Feminalise 2023 is a varietal wine made from Rolle, Clairette and Ugni Blanc.
A pale straw colour, it has a floral nose with hints of aromatic herbs and pineapple.The mouth complex, round and long. This  pure, linear, and elegant wine has a lively acidity with hints peach and green apples.

ROSE 2023

Our Rosé 2023, Gold Medal winner at Feminalise 2024m has a light salmon  colour; the nose offers notes of lavender, honeysuckle and honey. On the palate it is well balanced, round and fruity with notes of pigeon-heart cherries and verbena. The finish is long and sustained.

The tasting promises a gourmet and subtle journey from aperitif to dessert by pairing with ceviche, carpaccio, zucchini and feta tart, grilled and spiced fish, Basque chicken, or a juicy veal casserole, Brie and Camembert.

ROSE 2022

The rosé 2022  has a brilliant rose colour. This wine is fresh, luminous, with fruity hints.  The nose is of grapefruits, licorice, and elderflower. The mouth is balanced, round, and fresh. A finesse is revealed in the citrusy flavours mixed with cranberries supported by an elegant minerality. the finish is long with hints of almond.

It pairs beautifully with grilled white fish, roast chicken, or a juicy veal casserole.

PERLE DE MAUVANNE

 

 

Perle de Mauvanne is a sparkling rosé; A traditional method made from our Rose wine with 0% added sugars. Notes of wild strawberries, dry and refreshing. It is a medium-bodied, fruity rosé with fine bubbles.

It goes well with umami-rich savory dishes, such as tomatoes, mushrooms, Parmesan, anchovies and soy sauce, Brie and prosciutto, smoked salmon and also with deserts like chocolate and raspberries, or chocolate-covered berries.

ROUGE 2018

Our Rouge 2018 has a  lovely carmine colour, a fairly sustained oaky nose with aromatic notes. On the palate it reveals hints of light spices and is dominated by forest red fruits. The tannins are well rounded and silky.

An emblematic red of the Provence terroir, it can be enjoyed young or left to age for further 6 or 7 years.

It can accompany stews, Provencal cuisine, baked cheeses, roast meats such as veal with pan sautéed mushrooms.

Mauv’art 2018

 

Mauv’art 2018

A delicate blend of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Mourvedre, and Grenache, aged in french oak for six months.
A lovely burgundy coulour, the nose is smokey with hints of black cherries and tobacco. The mouth is spicy, with red fruits and liquorice. A well rounded long finish.
